EGCIS’s TOEFL Tutoring

What is TOEFL?

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is an English language test for those seeking admission to English-speaking countries and English-speaking universities. It is based on academic English and has four sections: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing. It is possible to take the test multiple times a year, allowing students to raise scores in a short period of time. In recent years, many universities require TOEFL scores, making it a very important test.

EGCIS TOEFL Course Key Points of Instruction

Practice makes perfect

The TOEFL is a test that you will get used to the more you practice. We have a large number of practice questions and practice tests, including the official question booklet published by ETS. At EGICIS, our highly qualified teachers will carefully identify your weak points and do their best to help you prepare for the TOEFL test.

Study schedule tailored to the student’s needs

Time management is an important part of studying for the TOEFL. You must prepare for the TOEFL in addition to your regular schoolwork and club activities. At EGCIS, we will help you to set a target score, create a schedule, and support you on your way to a high score. We also strongly recommend that students finish the TOEFL at an early stage so that it does not interfere with college entrance exams or other common tests (AP, IB, SAT, etc.).

Guidance from TOEFL High Score Teachers

At EGCIS, students will be guided by tutors who have scored 110 or more. As such, you will hear a lot of advice and study methods that will help you improve your score. Our expert tutors will give tips from first-hand experience in reading, listening, speaking, and writing, that have helped them achieve their respective scores. It is through this methodology that many of our students have been able to increase their overall score by 30+ points.
